Radio host and religious critic daddy Freeze has stated that marriage does not guarantee success in life and neither does it guarantee eternal life.
The outspoken radio host responded to a viral story of a woman who was killed by her husband weeks after she advised women on social media to stay with their husbands even when they are suffering abuse.
The lady identified as Ty’nell Cherry Lindsey advised couples on facebook not to let go of their relationships no matter how difficult things become.
She claimed that the strongest couples are those that are able to get through everything that life throws at them without giving up on each other.
Weeks after her sermon on social media, the woman has been confirmed dead and she was murdered by no other person than her abusive husband.
Daddy Freeze posted a reaction to the news by stating that marriage does not guarantee one’s salvation nor success in life.
In his post he said that the biggest lesson he learned from his failed first marriage was that no one has to be forced to live with the mistakes that other people make.
Daddy Freeze added that if anyone makes a mistake by marrying the wrong person, the best thing for the person to do is to leave while they can.
“You don’t have to be married to be blessed, you don’t have to be married to be happy, you don’t have to be married to be rich or successful in business, you don’t even have to be married to make heaven.
I learnt all these when my first marriage failed and after the first 2 weeks of me being alone, I realized how much happier I truly was.
With my rib, @tastebudzng I find it so effortless, she immediately understood my purpose and set out to help me become the best me.
I could NEVER EVER have carried the #FreeNation mantle without her support and understanding in Every ramification.
The greatest lesson I learnt from my failed first marriage is; although as humans we make mistakes, we don’t have to be forced to live with all of them.
When you make the mistake of choosing the wrong partner, and find yourself in a bad marriage, leave! ~FRZ”
