An unidentified student of the Obafemi Awolowo University, OAU, poured Sniper in the mouth of her roommate over an argument.
The bizarre incident occurred at Mozambique Hall (which is allocated to freshers of the university) yesterday Saturday 21 July, and the video has since gone viral.
According to multiple online reports, the students had earlier had a serious fight on the issue on bedbugs infesting their bunk inside Mozambique Hall, but the issue was resolved by the porter.
Another fight, however, ensued today, after the victim of the sniper-poisoning fell sick and couldn’t tidy up her corner at the Mozambique Hall hostel.
A heated argument between them led to pouring of sniper in the mouth of the sick student who has been rushed to the OAU Teaching Hospital.
The attacker is also said to have been arrested and whisked away by security forces.
