The All Progressives Congress (APC) Chairman Adams Oshiomhole was spotted at the Supreme court today October 30, exchanging pleasantries with the Vice Presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2019 general election, Peter Obi and the chairman of the party Uche Secondus.

The APC and PDP leaders met in court as the Supreme Court presided over the appeal filed by PDP’s Presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar challenging President Buhari’s election.

This follows up the Supreme Court’s decision to hear only one of the seven appeals filed in respect of the judgment of the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) by Atiku Abubakar and the PDP.

While President Buhari’s lawyers agreed to this, Atiku’s lawyers challenged the decision and also asked the court to adopt all the processes filed in relation to the dependent appeals.

The Supreme court judges led by the Chief Justice of Nigeria Ibrahim Muhammad stood their ground, insisting that the substantive appeal marked SC.1211/2019 can resolve the issues raised in the appeal instead of hearing the appeals separately.
