A man, @henrriee on Twitter narrates how his 27-year-old cousin died earlier today after suffering an heart attack.
According to the man, his cousin’s weight was the cause of the heart attack and he went on to advise people to lose weight.
So there's this really fat Cousin of mine
Dressed for church this morning
Came downstairs to the living room
of a heart attack…
If you people like don't lose weight you hear?

However, his tone of delivery has sparked some reactions on Twitter as many believe he was insensitive.
In reaction, he wrote;
“So there’s people in my mentions insinuating that I have to wait a statutory 5 working days before I educate people on the dangers of living irresponsibly. I hear you.
“And I’d set up a committee to look into you requests.”
See Reactions Below;
What a cold and callous way to talk about your cousin dying. I hope his loved ones don’t read this.
