A Nigerian man, on Saturday, changed his son’s name from Buhari to Suleiman in Dutsinma, Katsina State.
According to Igbere TV, it was a celebration galore as the man killed a goat and invited his family and friends for the celebration.
The man named his first child Muhammadu Buhari shortly after the 2015 general election so that he will be called ‘Muhammadu Buhari’ before but now he has rechanged it to Suleiman.
Speaking during the event, the man said what necessitated the change of name is because he is disappointed in President Muhammadu Buhari.
According to him, he named his son Buhari hoping that President Muhammadu Buhari will change the narrative of Nigeria but things are getting worse.
