A Nigerian man identified as Kingsley C. Obiukwu has taken to social media to report an alleged assault by some officers of the Nigeria Police Force whom he claimed kidnapped him and took his money from him.
In an Instagram post, the man narrated on how he was accosted by one of the police officers and without any kind of accusation, he was arrested and taken away in their bus.

He wrote;

I just got assaulted by the men of the Nigerian Police Force; “Anti-cultism team” in Lagos.
Location: 2nd Rainbow, Amuwo Odofin, Lagos. (Right in front of the NNPC filling station)
So, I was crossing the road and a man walks up to me and holds my shirt.
I asked him, “why you dey hold my shirt”. He said, I’m a police man.
I asked, so why are you holding my shirt.
He says, come with me to the bus.
I asked, why I dey come with you go bus.
I bring out my phone and start a live video on Instagram.
Then three (3) other men with guns walk up to me, then start to push me towards a white bus with no plate number. (Keep in mind, these guys aren’t on uniform. Some were on casual wear, the others were on t-shirt, that says anti-cultism team on them and jean pants). So they successfully push me to the white bus. I looked inside and I see like 5 other men with guns.
I then struggled not to get into the bus with them (used my limited physical power against these men and also cried/shouted for help… mehn but nothing worked). They bundled me into the bus.
Now, I’m inside this unidentified bus. All I could see or hear were slaps landing on my face and punches to my body.
And I kept asking them “what have I done wrong!” They said, oga you go find out.
Next thing, they start to shout oga bring your phone, oga open your phone.
I say to them, what do you want from my phone. Another round of slaps and punches.
Omo, I opened the phone. They go through my phone, see some of my business transactions and start to call me a “Yahoo Boy”. (Keep in mind, I have showed these men all my identity cards on me). Put handcuffs on me, so tight; both my wrist sustained injuries.
So, they bring out my wallet, go through it, take out the bank cards in it.
Then one of them says to me, how much do you have on you?! I say I don’t know, but I have some money on me.
He says, bring it out.
I bring it out, he counts it, N15K.
He takes the N15K and gives me N200.
Then they drop me off in a place so far from where they stole me from.
Oh my God Nigeria!
Sadly, they had no name tags and also deleted the video I made of them.
This is no joke! This all happened in about 40 minutes.
