Nollywood actress, Ruth Kadiri has taken out time to send an open message to the Federal Government of Nigeria.
The actress took to her social media page where she made this speech. In her speech, she pointed out that coronavirus is a pandemic that we all never expected but it is here now.
According to her, the deadly virus and poverty are best of friends because the virus lures you out through poverty not knowing who is infected or not and you may end up contacting the deadly virus in the process and automatically infect your family members and loved ones, and you don’t even know how strong your immune system is to fight against the virus.

She goes on to urge the federal government to credit the account of every Nigerian, even if it is 5,000 naira monthly via BVN and she promised that Nigerians will stay home.
“At this point, people are not working anyone to be rich, people are working to survive, 5,000 naira will go a long way,…
If you are able to do this for us, in this time, this era, you have no idea how much we are going to appreciate you, how much we are going to sing your praises, how much we are going to tell the world that you are the best government that Nigeria has ever had, because the truth of the matter is that we have never fought a war like this” she said
