A Ghanaian man simply identified as Abubakar was caught red-handed having sex with a woman believed to be mentally ill after he reportedly told people he was taking her to go buy her kenkey, a local meal.
According to reports, the man was caught having sex with the woman in a classroom in Abuakwa, a suburb of Kumasi in Ghana.
The man was filmed completely naked holding the mentally derailed woman in the classroom while being questioned by some angry residents.
