A social media personality who goes by the name Bushlion, a supporter of PDP of Governor Godwin Obaseki, who according to him is the hope of the State, “Governor Obaseki is trying to take us to the promise land, and give us the audacity of hope” he said.
While reacting to the clash of APC and PDP supporters, and also on the attack on the governor’s convoy yesterday by some political hoodlums at the Benin Monarch’s Palace, Oba Ewuare II, the US-based Edo man use the medium to compel the people of Edo not to contract Ambassador Nowamagbe in their parties anymore.
Ambassador Nowagbe a very popular musician of the State, famous for blasting bad governance through his music, he entangled himself when he threw his support on Pastor Ize-Oyamu, after blasting Adams Oshiomhole barely a year ago, according to the date on one of his videos, calling him names like ‘Adamu the drunkard’ (Adamu n’le Gulder) in the past. Apparently, that has not been taking lightly by some Edo people, Bushlion referred to him as a prodigal son.
“Adviser Nowamagbe, a classical example of the prodigal son in the Bible, you were once a son, you once stood for the audacity of hope, but after you were given a token, you sold your birthright and decided to fight against your own destiny,” said Bushlion.
He further advised the Edo people to boycott him and his music.
