A congratulatory statement signed by Princess Imariabe Erediauwa, dated 10th September 2020 has been posted on social media.
Princess Imariabe Erediauwa the cousin and second wife of the current Benin Monarch Oba Ewaure II has congratulated His Imperial Majesty, Rich Arisco Osemwengie JP, the Current 24th Ogiamien of Utantan, on his 5th anniversary.
The Princess while congratulating His Imperial Majesty thanked him wholeheartedly for protecting her and she also made some shocking revelations about her cousin husband Oba Ewuare II, how ‘he attempted to kill her because of his evil activities against humanity known to her‘ and later killed her mother to force ‘her to keep quiet’, in order to stop her from exposing his evil activities against humanity, she wrote.
Recall that the mother-in-law of the Benin Monarch Oba Ewuare II was reportedly murdered in Edo State. She was killed by unidentified gunmen in her home on the 13th of August 2017 at Isiuwa Street, Oka quarters. Upper Sokponba, Edo State.
Information revealed that the incident happened the day the queen mother was awaiting a visit from her daughter.
Late Madam Igiose Itohan is survived by two children among which is Princess Imariabe Erediauwa.
According to reports, the Princess who has two children with her cousin husband eventually fled the country, leaving her children with the Oba (their father) to seek a protection asylum in an undisclosed Europe country is all set to explain her ordeal to BBC News Pidgin on the 15th of September 2012 at 12 pm Nigeria time, Igodo/Idu descendants Facebook page report.

Osemwengie JP on your 5th anniversary celebration as the 24th Ogiamien of Utantan Kingdom, Igodomigodo land, Edo State.
In the attempt by my cousin husband, the current Oba of Benin Oba Ewuare ll to kill me because of his evil activities against humanity known to me, the root cause of constant quarrel between us failed, I escaped and ran to Ogiamien Palace and took refuge.
With that frustration, Oba Ewuare ll decided to kill my mother to force me to keep quite.
In order to stop me from exposing his evil activities against humanity to the whole world, Oba Ewuare II, my cousin husband whom I had two children for has been trying to eliminate me even in my hideout at all cost but God has been using you Your Imperial Majesty and some key members of your family to rescue me.
For saving my dear life, guiding and guarding me all this while in my hideout so also God will continue to protect you and those key members of your family from Oba
Ewuare II who is after our lives.
As you and members of your family are praying for me so also am praying for all of you too because Oba Ewuare Il has decided to eliminate all of us. For you who is now my father, I pray Almighty God to continue to protect, grant you good health always so that you can deliver your people, straighten your family history which has been seriously distorted by the Benin Traditional
Council and the entire Idu Igodomigodo People from the evil rule of Oba Ewuare .
