A man identified as Obas Obas Omirike has allegedly stolen a phone after he pretended to call his wife.
According to a Facebook user Princess Abie Okoduwa, the said man came to her house as a ‘house builder’, in the process, he requested to call his wife with her phone and ran away with another of her iPhone phone.
The Toronto based lady who recently visited her hometown in Benin City, Edo State, said she has been calling him for the past one week, his phone is turned off.
“PLEASE ANYWHERE YOU SEE THIS MAN HERE, BORROW LEG AND RUN, HE CAME AS HOUSE BUILDER AND PRETENDED TO USE MY PHONE TO CALL HIS WIFE AND RAN AWAY WITH ONE OF MY PHONE, BEEN CALLING HIM FOR MORE THAN ONE WEEK NOW BUT HIS PHONE SWITCHED OFF. THANKING MY GOD THAT ITS JUST PHONE HE STOLE FROM ME AND NOT MY LIFE….PLS HELP SHARE SO HE DOESN’T GO RUBBING OTHERS”, wrote Princess Abie Okoduwa.
