Political analyst, Oluyemi Fasipe has accused some policemen at Ekan Meje police station in Kwara State of allegedly kidnapping a traveler and forcing him to pay a N40k ransom.
Fasipe alleged that the policemen kidnapped the Ondo State youth travelling to Ilorin and collected N40k as ransom before releasing him. It was further learnt that one Adeoba Isimioluwa Henry received the money.
He tweeted;

The victim also corroborated the claim. He wrote;
I’m Adeoba Isimioluwa the owner of the business Account mentioned,This is to inform everyone on here that I finished NYSC programe in the same location mentioned (Ekan Meje) and set up a POS office there for a business purpose, I gave out the cash since they were police officers.
