Grace Monday is mourning her mother, Mrs Dung Monday, sister and aunt, who were killed by gunmen suspected to be Fulani militia in Plateau state.
The gunmen killed eight workers at a mining site in Kuru, Jos South Local Government Area of Plateau State on Friday, April 9
The grieving young woman shared a photo of herself with her mother on Satuday April 10 and wrote;
“Death why did you take my happiness away from me. I can’t believe you are gone forever mummy why did you leave me alone I can’t hold my tears I love you but God loves you more may it soul rest in peace.”
“I can’t believe u are gone big sis why did you follow mummy who will look after me and ur kid my heart break anything I see this picture why will u take both of them away from me the same day I love you sis may ur soul rest in peace with the Lord sorry for not saving you sis”
